Ten network affiliate organisations are members of the Non-Profit Company. Representatives from these members function as a steering group who determine the strategy and goals of Connect Network. NPC members have the authority to amend the founding documents and appoint and remove the board of directors. Members stand for a three-year term after which they can be re-nominated. Current members of the NPC are:

Beautiful Gate
Just Grace

Living Hope
Mercy Aids / Resilient kids
Prochorus Community Development

The board of directors provide strategic direction, appoint and appraise the CEO, develop and implement risk management plans and ensure legal compliance of the Network. They also ensure the Network adopts and implements suitable policies for the Network as well as ensure it’s sustainability through a suitable fundraising strategy. Board members stand for a two-year term after which they can stand for re-nomination. See the current Board Directors here.
